Without fail, I shake my head, take a deep breath and remind them - but you lost 10+ inches, your pants are fitting more loose, and your transformation photos look incredible! To which they reply, "I just thought I would lose more weight."
I know this may sound contradictory to everything you've been told in the past, but
STAY OFF THE SCALE!!
Do not allow a number on a scale to determine how you feel about yourself and set the tone for the day or week ahead!
